- *Christ-Centered:* Jesus Christ is the central figure, emphasizing His incarnation, redemptive work, and lordship.
- *The Role of the Holy Spirit:* Empowering believers for witness, sanctification, and the continuation of Christ's mission through the church.
- *The Church and Mission:* Focuses on the apostolic mission of spreading the Gospel, the importance of community (the church), and living out faith in obedience to Christ's commands.
- *Eschatological Hope:* Anticipation of Christ’s return, emphasizing living holy and expectantly.

*WHAT IS THEOLOGY?*
- *Definition:* Theology is the systematic study of the nature of God, religious beliefs, and the practice of faith. It explores questions about God’s existence, attributes, and relationship with humanity.
- *Root Word & Origins:*
    - *Greek:* _θεολογία (theologia)_, from _θεός (theos)_ meaning "God" + _λόγος (logos)_ meaning "word, study, discourse."
    - *Hebrew:* No direct equivalent, but concepts of God’s study are tied to _תורה (torah)_ ("teaching, law") and _דבר (dabar)_ ("word, thing").
    - *Latin:* _theologia_, borrowed from Greek, referring to the study or discourse about God.
